Recreational Programs

Programs are tailored specifically to an individual based on their goals and current conitioned state. Each program will offer something different and are available for purchase on a 2 week to 10 week basis. Each program is designed for each individual based on their goals, injury history, current level of fitness, competition schedule, and accessibility to exercise equipment. Programs can be also be made at home if no gym is available. 

Package 1

·      2 weeks/twice a week of workouts

·      Fitness test to analyze current fitness level of the athlete

·      Warm-up/cool down

·      2 full body strength programs & 2 agility/speed programs

·      Demonstration of exercises

 

 Package 2

·      4 weeks/ twice a week of workouts

·      Fitness test to analyze current fitness level of the athlete

·      Warm-up/cool down

·      4 full body strength programs & 4 agility/speed programs

·      Demonstration of exercises

 

Package 3

·      6 weeks/three times a week of workouts

·      Fitness test to analyze current fitness level of the athlete

·      Warm-up/ cool down

·      12 full body strength programs & 6 agility speed programs

·      Demonstration of exercises

·      stretching/myofascial release program to target an area that needs release

 

Package 4

·      8 weeks/ three times a week of workouts

·      Fitness test to analyze current fitness level of the athlete

·      Warm-up/cool down

·      16 full body strength programs & 8 agility/speed programs

·      Demonstration of exercises

·      Stretching/myofascial release program to target an area that needs release

·      Nutritional advice

 

Package 5

·      10 weeks/ four times a week of workouts

·      Fitness test to analyze current fitness level of the athlete

·      20 full body strength programs & 20 agility/speed programs

·      Demonstration of exercises

·      Stretching/myofascial release program to target an area that needs release

·      Nutritional advice

·      Unlimited communication via email regarding questions, tip, exercise correction etc.

·     If an injury is present, rehab exercises will be included with the program to get the athlete ready for a safe fitness progression

 

Upon signing up, you will be provided with a fitness analysis questionnaire. Your custom training program will be provided within 72 hours of receiving your questionnaire and fitness test results.
