Training program designed to build fundamental movement patterns to prepare the athlete during intense workouts through their collegiate career. the more prepared you are the less risk you are to injury. What usually happens is that the athlete is not prepared for the volume of training they are about to undergo during preseason. With these programs, the athlete will develop a ground base of functional training needed to avoid injury as well as learn all the fundamental exercises all collegiate strength coaches include in their programming.  

College Prep Programs include:

  • 8 weeks of strength, agility, and conditioning workouts
  • Periodized programming from low to high intensity throughout the weeks
  • Strength based movements include olympic lifting technique that will have video feedback on technique as well as complex lifts such as squats and deadlifts and movement patterns
  • Speed & agility programming that will teach the correct footwork and working on deceleration training 
  • Conditioning programming to focus on anaerboic and anaerobic conditioning 
  • Recovery and mobility included 

*Upon signing up, you will be provided with a fitness analysis questionnaire. Your custom training program will be provided within 72 hours of receiving your questionnaire and fitness test results.
